In a testament to creativity and inclusivity, the San Elizario Independent School District (SEISD) concluded its much-anticipated annual Literary Anthology, celebrating literary talent from the youngest elementary students to high school seniors, including neurodivergent individuals.

At the annual Texas Council of Women Executives (TCWSE) Conference entitled Grit Grace and Pearls, Dr. Jeannie Meza-Chavez, the superintendent of the San Elizario Independent School District, was elected President of the Texas Council Women School Executives (TCWSE).
At a recent Texas Association of School Board (TASB) Grassroots Meeting, two San Elizario Independent School District (SEISD) Board of Trustees, Secretary Sandra Licon and Trustee Lorenzo Luevano, were elected to serve on the TASB Legislative Advisory Council (LAC).
